EQP Centrifugal Pump
EQP series centrifugal pumps are specially designed for pumping clean or slightly impure, low content of impurities, low viscosity, hot, corrosive, etc. liquids.

The EQP-series centrifugal pumps are available in various sizes with flows up to 7,480 GPM (1,700 cu m/h) and pressures up to ~3.6 Bar g (3.6 Kgf/sq cm).
They can be used with temperatures up to 130°C (~ 270°F) and revolutions up to 1800 rpm.

Horizontal construction with closed single-stage impellers and extensively designed housing. Excellent wear resistance under the most severe working conditions. In the EQP version, the housing is provided with feet cast into its body for attachment to the metal base.
Suction flange is horizontal, and discharge is vertical upwards.
Oil bath lubrication and rotation to the right (clockwise) as seen from the drive.
Standard drive with electric motors.
Available in grey cast iron, nodular cast iron, stainless steels, special steels with specific heat treatments.
The flanges are made according to ANSI. They may be made using other standards.
The axle sealing is made through gasket or standard/special mechanical seal. When assembled with gaskets, the shaft is provided with a replaceable wear sleeve.
The mechanical seals may be single or double, internally or externally mounted, and according to the service conditions. The stuffing boxes may have lubrication systems that are externally sourced.
Made through flexible coupling with or without spacer.
Volute Spiral-type volute fixed to the bearing housing and mounted on its feet. In most models, the feet fixation is done at pump shaft height, what eliminates misalignments linked to the component’s thermal dilation.
The EQP-series pumps with closed impellers can be used in many industrial segments.
Shaft and Bearings
The shaft works with oil-lubricated ball bearings and its sealing is made with conventional gaskets or mechanical seal.
